A short ferry ride off the coast of Cancun, Isla Mujeres is a popular tourist destination due to its long white-sand beaches, relaxed island vibes, and fabulous snorkeling and scuba diving!
We often try and pair our trips with Whale Shark season in the summers, so our non-diving day can be spent snorkeling with those beautiful, ginormous fish!

Isla Mujeres and the Cancun areas are located near the tip of the Mezo-American Barrier reef system that reaches all the way to Honduras. Home to an abundance of tropical sea life, cool shipwrecks, whale shark migration in the summers, and the famous underwater museum (MUSA), you can see why we come back here again and again!

The Logistics
✈️ Airport
You arrange your flight to Cancun Airport (CUN) to arrive in the morning or early afternoon
🚗 Transport
Mar Hosted Trips arranges a private van to pick you up at your airport terminal.
Once we are all together, the van will take us to the ferry terminal in Cancun
We walk on the ferry, and pick up our golf carts on the island side!
🏨 Accommodations
Our boutique hotel is right on the beach and offers beautiful views, both from the rooms and the pool. Trip pricing is based on double occupancy, but upgrading to a single room is also possible for a small fee for those who prefer their own space.

I went on my first scuba diving trip in Isla Mujeres, Mexico and it was awesome!! The host/owner, Maira, was professional and amazing. Since I was a newbie, she made sure my diving experience was safe and fun at the same time. She planned everything and made sure you had something to do and not get bored. We went to the under water museum, explored the reefs, swam with Whale Sharks, and explored the Island. The trip cost was decent too, not too expensive. I went to this trip for my birthday, and it was worth all the money. I had a lot of fun and would definitely go on another trip with Maira!!! 100% recommend her
