Hi, I’m Maira!

I am the founder, owner, and primary trip leader of Mar Hosted Trips and I am so happy to have you here!

I started MHT back in 2018 as a way to share unique destinations in my home country of Mexico with fellow scuba divers. Now, I create boutique, one-of-a-kind dive travel experiences in more than 20 locations (and growing) around the world!

Maira is an amazing trip leader! Every detail was planned out perfectly – airport transfers, evening plans, day out at the Eco beach. My trip to Cozumel was an awesome experience that I cannot wait to repeat!! If you’re on the fence about going on one of her trips, especially if you’re going solo, just do it!! I went not knowing a soul and made a lot of new friends! Her trips are all small groups so she can get to know everyone and make sure they are having a good time.
