Mar Hosted Trips are more than just a travel agency, we are a community of divers! So the best way to join a trip is to first join our online communities on Facebook. Here is everything you need to know to book a diving trip with Mar Hosted Trips!
Where do you want to go?
The first step is to determine which available MHT trip you want to be a part of. You can do this by checking this link, looking at the featured post in the Facebook groups mentioned above, or by joining our weekly newsletter here.
Get the Flyer
Every single Mar Hosted Trip is unique, so we will send you a flyer with the details for the specific trip dates you are interested in!
You can get the flyer by responding to the newsletter, or emailing us at marhostedtrips @ gmail.com.
Pay the Deposit
Our trips are popular! To be fair to all, in order to hold a spot on a trip you must pay the non-refundable deposit & fill out the trip information form.
Deposit instructions are included in the flyer, and you can see our cancellation policy here.
Prepare for your trip!
You’re booked! Now you can start planning the adventure! MHT will:
- Add you to the Whatsapp group for your trip. This is where MHT will communicate with the members of the group, and you can chat with your travel buddies! We will share things like:
- Your Trip Itinerary
- A Traveller Information form for you to fill out
- Fun details about your upcoming trip!
Final Payments
The remaining balance for your trip is split into 2 payments due 6 & 3 months before we meet. Don’t worry, we will send you plenty of reminders!
